Workouts in a Binder

This series of travel-sized booklets is intended for use by athletes. That means the entire book is printed on waterproof or water-resistant material. The swim workouts can be taken to pool side, run and bike workouts to the gym or the track. The swim workouts can be submersed in the pool.
