    Have you made any goals for this summer yet? If you haven’t and you have been thinking long and hard about what you want to achieve, think about doing your first triathlon! Triathlons, if you aren’t aware, have three legs; you will swim, you will bike, and you will run. Many folks love the feeling of defeating a triathlon.
