  Training Plans Successful for Bicycle Tour of Colorado

  A big thank you to the riders I met during the recent Bicycle Tour of Colorado, who told me they has a successful tour due to my training plans. I really do love hearing feedback from athletes that have used one of my plans to help them prepare for an important event or tour.
